INSTRUCTIONS:
Dilute Bond It 1:1 by volume with water, and use this mixture to bond overlay to existing concretes surfaces. Coat the surface at a rate of 200-500sq.ft. per gallon. Apply wet overlay or concrete over the surface that has been covered with Bond It can become dry and will re-emulsify when it becomes wet again(as in applying an overlay). It is not recommended to be used when applying as part of an overlay mixture because if the overlay is not sealed, this product will re-emulsify.
PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENT: Do not handle until all safety precautions have been read and understood. Wash skin thoroughly after handling.
